 ผงเรืองแสง /พรายน้ำ (PREMIUM GLOW POWDER) สามารถเรืองแสง เมื่อได้รับการกระตุ้นจากแหล่งแสงต่างๆ เช่น แสงอาทิตย์ (Ultra Violet: UV), ฟลูออเรสเซนต์, แบล็คไลท์ เป็นต้น เมื่อได้รับแสงจากแหล่งแสงข้างต้นเพียงระยะเวลาสั้นๆ (5-10 นาที) จะสามารถเรืองแสงได้ในระยะเวลามากกว่า 12 ชม. โดย การเรืองแสงของผงเรืองแสงเกิดเนื่องมาจาก เมื่อผงเรืองแสงได้รับการกระตุ้นจากแหล่งแสงเกิดการสั่นของอิเล็กตรอนภายใน โมเลกุลทำให้มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงของระดับพลังงานไปอยู่ในระดับที่สูงขึ้น ดังนั้นเมื่อหมดการกระตุ้นจากแสง ผงเรืองแสงจึงสามารถคายพลังงานออกมาในรูปของแสงที่ตามองเห็นได้รวมทั้งสามารถนำไปผสมกับตัวกลางต่างๆในการนำไปใช้งานได้หลายรูปแบบ อาทิเช่น การนำไปใช้ในการทำสีทา พ่น เพ้นท์ พิมพ์กระดาษ พลาสติก เซรามิกส์ แก้วหรือพิมพ์ผ้า เป็นต้น

 -          ไม่มีสารอันตรายและสารกัมมันตรังสี ส่วนประกอบไม่มีวัตถุไวไฟและวัตถุระเบิด

 -          อนุภาคมีขนาดเล็ก สม่ำเสมอ มีการกระจายตัวที่ดีง่ายต่อการนำไปขึ้นรูปใช้งาน

Our glowpowder is a new type of long after-glow luminescent material. Free from any radioactive substance, it can glow in the dark automatically after absorbing varieties of visible light. The process of absorbing-emitting can be repeated more than million times. Being one kind of additives, it can be added in many media, such as coat, paint, ink, plastic, printing paste, ceramic, glass etc. Those luminous products applied in the powder show good effect in emergency illumination, indication and decoration. The finished articles made of our powder can be widely applied not only in personal consumption, such as switch, arts, garment, shoe and cap, stationeries, clock, fishing gear, crafts, gym articles and so on, but also in architecture, decoration, conveyor carrier, military equipment, fire fighting emergency system (entrance and exit sign, indicating system of fleeing and life-saving) etc.

Characteristics:

1. 10 minutes of light charge will give afterglow more than 12 hours.
2. With better stable characteristic of physics and chemistry, strong acclimatization and long service life.
3. Nontoxic, harmless, non-radioactive substances, with no burning and explosive substance, deleterious heavy metal element and chemical substance.
4. Various particle size diameters, granularity distributes equally, easy to produce during process.
5. High melting point at more than 1000 Celsius.

Usage:

1. Choose medium appropriate to the application.
2. Apply 10 – 35% to the medium based on the weight volume.
3. Stir well and apply with application (Note: DO NOT GRIND THE POWDER)
